Domestic Shipping (within the UK)

  • Cost: A flat rate of £14.99 for orders below £190. Shipping is free for orders of £190 or more.
  • Shipping Providers: We typically use DPD, APC, and DHL for domestic shipments.
  • Processing Time: As our products are custom made to order, there is a lead time of 3 to 10 days before shipping. We often ship faster than this. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed from the next day.
  • Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered on the next business day or Saturday.
  • Packaging: Products typically weigh between 5 to 10 Kg. If more than one product is ordered, they will likely be sent in separate boxes and may occasionally be sent in split shipments.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all orders and sent via email.

International Shipping

  • Available Countries: We ship to most countries, with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
  • Shipping Providers: We offer multiple courier services for international shipping. Customers have the freedom to choose their preferred service.
  • Cost: International shipping rates are determined by the chosen carrier and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that a £10 handling fee will be applied to all international orders.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and any other associated fees will be borne by the customer.
  • Packaging: Products typically weigh between 5 to 10 Kg. If more than one product is ordered, they will likely be sent in separate boxes and may occasionally be sent in split shipments.
